Choosing your bundles:

If you have a goodybag, your inclusive allowance covers standard mainland UK calls, texts and data and is subject to our Fair Usage Policy. This is so we can make sure everyone can use our network fairly.
You can also use your allowance when roaming within the EU and selected destinations for periodic travel, subject to our Fair Usage Policy which explains how much of your allowance can be used in the EU. Special numbers and services (such as roaming charges, international calls, premium rate numbers and some 08 numbers) are not included. Check giffgaff.com for more details about Charges and our latest rates so you know how much your usage will cost you.
We may change the price and/or allowances included in any of our goodybags from time to time, as set out in these Terms and Conditions. We’ll let you know in advance if you’re on a recurring bundle.
Our Service isn’t available everywhere in the UK. You can check predicted network coverage in your area by using our Network Service Checker. The Services are not fault-free and the speed and quality of your connection, for example, can be affected by things like the thickness of the walls of the building you’re in, tech-nical issues and the number of members near you trying to access the Services at the same time. We’ll carry out maintenance on the Network from time to time. We use reasonable skill and care in providing you with the Services and will attempt to re-perform disrupted Services when possible.
Content on your device can sometimes contain minor defects or bugs, so it’s a good idea to always keep your Content up-to-date.
If we believe you’re using the Service fraudulently, illegally, in a way that harms our Network or the experience of others (for example by breaching our Fair Us-age Policy), or for business use (amongst other things) we will cancel your Service.
To access our 5G services in the UK, you will need to enable 5G services in your giffgaff account settings, have a 5G-enabled device and you may need to enable 5G within the settings on your device and carry out a software update if it does not have the software required to access 5G services.

What you get
Always On data
With Always On data, you get 80 GB of data at full 4G speed. After 80 GB of data used you’ll experience a reduced data speed of 384kbps from 8am to Midnight. You may notice that activities which require high amounts of data, like HD video streaming, will be slower.

Roaming in the EU and selected destinations with Always On means that after you’ve used the full 20 GB of data, you’ll be charged 0.36p/MB (that’s less than a penny per megabyte) while roaming.

Using goodybad in EU
Sure thing. While roaming in the EU your goodybag works just like it does at home. Members on the Always On and £20 goodybags, as well as our £15, £20 and £35 golden goodybags will be able to use up to 20 GB of their allowance while roaming in the EU and selected destinations. Using goodybag in other countries
You’ll need to add credit to continue using data, minutes and texts when travelling outside the EU and selected destinations. We’ll send you a little text when you arrive at your destination and let you know the roaming prices. More information on roaming
Can i keep my old number
Sure thing. We’d love to bring your old number to giffgaff. After you’ve activated your SIM, we’ll give you a link to transfer your old number. You’ll just need your PAC code from your previous network.
